Our style is modern Scottish using fresh quality, locally sourced ingredients as far as possible, including locally caught seafood. The décor is that of a traditional Victorian building retaining some original features. We try to create an atmosphere of relaxation, well being and friendliness. House specialities include slow-roasted organic pork, organic Orkney salmon, locally sourced cheeses and langoustine oysters.
