Getting there from the Information Centre
From Portree Tourist Information Centre carpark turn right the road bears round to the left, follow the main road signposted Staffin. There is a right hand bend then as road sweeps to left take a righthand turn. Signposted at this point. About a 15 minute walk.
Getting There by Railway
From Kyle of Lochalsh about a 45 minute drive over Skye Bridge to Portree. Local bus and taxi services available.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Glasgow take A82 road north. Turn left at Invergarry on A87, to Kyle of Lochalsh, then over the Skye Bridge and on to Portree. From Inverness take A82 south to Invermoriston. Turn right and follow signs to Kyle of Lochalsh. Cross Skye Bridge and drive north to Portree.
Getting There by Ferry
From Armadale - about an hour by car. Local bus and taxi services available. From Uig about 30 minutes drive south on A87 road.
