From Tourist Information Centre (Princes Street) turn right on leaving and walk to corner of Princes street (east end), about 300 yards. Turn right again, cross road and proceed in a southerly direction up North Bridge. Carlton is 1st large building on left-hand side of road.

Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport it is 8 miles to city centre. Airport shuttle bus available to Waverley Bridge, a short distance from hotel. By car, follow 'city centre' signs on A8.
