This lovely traditional farmhouse bed and breakfast situated ten miles north of Dumfries provides a warm, comfortable, relaxing stay with superb breakfasts and tasty homebaking.
The working organic farm is set amid beautiful countryside with stunning views from the house. The attractive garden houses a variety of birds and is ideal for enjoying afternoon tea. Alternatively relax in the conservatory and enjoy the sunshine.
We have three ensuite rooms, one double, one twin and one family suite (the Cheese House), all with colour digital TVs, electric blankets, tea/ coffee making facilities, alarm clock/ radio and tourist information. Evening meals are available including vegetarian options on request along with packed lunches.
The Chees House also has a living room/ dining room with gas fire, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. and is available for self catering on request.
A games room is provided with ping pong and pool, and a range of bikes are available too. A lockable bike shed and bike washing facilities is also for guests use.
Enjoy the farm and animals including the friendly ponies, sheep and cows on our farm walk. Between March and June visitors are able to participate in feeding the pet lambs. Explore the surrounding countryside with our local walks.
