Wiltonburn Farm - Getting There
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Hawick, 1 mile south of Hawick on a7 turn right onto B711 (Roberton) road, turn immediately right again and follow road along riverside, keeping left around corner and on through, No Through Road, sign. Continue for 1 mile to end of road. The farm house is white and on the right. Car park in front of shop. Please do not turn in at Briery Hill.
Getting There by Railway
From Carlisle railway station follow signs for A7 Galashiels/Hawick for 40 miles, 1 mile before south of Hawick turn left onto Roberton Road, (following brown tourist signs for Wiltonburn Country Cashmeres) over bridge turn immediately right and follow road along riverside, keep left around corner and on through, No Through road sign, continue for approximately 1 mile to end of road. Farmhouse is the white house on the right. Car park in front of shop. Please do not turn in at Briery Hill.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Newcastle or Edinburgh airport take bus, taxi or hired car to Hawick (approx. 50 miles) 1 mile south of Hawick on A7, turn right onto B711 (Roberton) road, following brown tourist signs for Wiltonburn Country Cashmeres, turn immediately right again and follow road along riverside keeping left around corner and on through No Through Road sign. Continue for 1 mile to end of road. The farm house is white and on the right. Car park in front of shop. Please do not turn in at Briery Hill.
Getting There by Ferry
From Newcastle follow signs for Newcastle Airport, for Jedburgh road and continue for approximately 40 miles. At top of hill Carter Bar border point, turn left for Bonchester Bridge and continue to Hawick for a further 15 miles. Follow signs A7 south, (following brown tourist signs for Wiltonburn Country Cashmeres).Car park in front of shop. Please do not turn in at Briery Hill.
