'Glendevon' is a detached bungalow with attractive gardens, an open outlook and private off-street parking.
It is situated on a good bus route with an excellent and frequent service to the city centre (10 minute journey) and is only 3 miles from Edinburgh International Airport.
Breakfast is served in the dining room which overlooks the rear garden. Guests can enjoy a full traditional Scottish breakfast or make their own choice from a varied menu which even includes Scotland's famous haggis!
The twin en-suite room is on the ground floor. Guests find that this room, which is located to the rear of the house, is lovely and quiet.
The large en-suite, on the twin room, has been the subject of favourable comment by many guests
The double room is upstairs, to the front of the house, and has an open outlook with views of the Pentland Hills
The single room, to the rear of the house, is upstairs. Guests occupying this room can enjoy peace and tranquillity and views overlooking the rear garden
The beautifully tiled upstairs toilet / shower room is situated immediately next to, and between, the double and single rooms.
