Single room with easy access to the guest bathroom.
This is our good sized single room with tv, tea/coffee facilities, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet with clock/radio and lamp.
Larger double/family room [ will sleep 3 persons] suits a child or adult.
Again a nice quality room with new bed and nice bedding, tv, and tea/coffee facilities, two short steps to the main guest bathroom

We have a small garden which is always colourful [except winter] we haven't mastered that yet.!!!
Our Large coservatory or Sun Room
Guests can use this sun room if they wish, we might even serve you a tea/ coffee while you read or just relax.
