The Solway en-suite bedroom
The Solway has a double bed and a single bed and three easy chairs it is en-suite with a shower, wc and basin. The window has views accross the fields to the woods beyond. Roe deer may be spotted early morning in the field.
The Sark double en-suite bedroom (The Gold Room)
The Sark bedroom has one double bed, with South facing views accross neighbouring farm land. The en-suite bathroom has a deep bathtub and the shower cubicle has an inbuilt seat with powerfull massage jet sprays.
The Ground Floor suite. (for up to six persons) has 32" TV WiFi Kettle for tea/Coffee
The Ground Floor suite has one double bed and a single bed with two sofa beds one in the conservatory, which has a view up the 17 acre field where dear can be seen occasionaly. The en-suite Bathroom has a bathtub and a shower cubicle with powerfull massage jets for an evigerating wake up in the morning. Adjoining the bedroom is a conservatory for your personal use, it has a sofa bed and a table with chairs. if the sofa bed is used there is space for six persons.

The AA hotel inspector had this comment about our dining room:- The elegant dining room was a perfect setting for a soundly cooked breakfast, utilising quality produce, which provided a very good start to the day.
Waymarked trails (14kms) Graham's estates, are open for all to explore, sunny glades, secret ponds, and trees from around the world and carpets of Sphagnum moss all attract wildlife, Roe deer, foxes, frogs, damselflys and wolf spiders.
