The accommodation at Lynnwood Cottage combines the old features of a 200 year old gardeners cottage / stable barn building and a modern home featuring warm comfortable hospitality.
This recently renovated cottage has been opened as a welcoming bed and breakfast offering accommodation in two suites. Both spacious suites comprise of bedroom, living/dining room and bathroom with their own private entrance and patio areas.
Our aim is to provide a quality stay for you and with this we offer that "wee" bit extra homely atmosphere in secluded grounds away from the "buzz" of life's stresses.
Lynnwood Cottage is just half a mile from the centre of town yet far enough away for the peace and tranquility one expects from a pleasurable holiday, weekend break or business trip. Nestled in the Slitrig Valley, a perfect base for hill walking, cycling, golf and many other leisure activities. Hawick is steeped in history and boasts the oldest Border Common Riding, held each summer in June. This pageant is full of pride and passion with embedded traditions centuries old and is definitely a celebration worth seeing.
