Take the train from Linlithgow (25mins) to the centre of Edinburgh or drive to Stirling (40mins), Falkirk Wheel (20mins) or explore the Historic Burgh of Linlithgow where Mary Queen of Scots was born in 1542. Next to the Palace is St.Michaels Parish Church built in 1242. My husband and I were married on 28th of December 1994 and our oldest daughter, Seonaid was christened in St.Michaels church. Annet House tells the story of Linlithgow and is well worth a visit.
Lumsdaine is the ideal base for business or pleasure, being close to Edinburgh, Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow, Stirling and the motorway network.
