Dell-Mar is a listed detached Victorian house ideally situated at the town end of Beechgrove overlooking tennis courts and bowling green with the Moffat hills beyond.

The town centre and unusual twin High Street is a level 5 minute walk away.

Situated within 2 miles of the A74 (M) both Edinburgh and Glasgow are within 1 hours drive. The area is famed for walking, cycling and fishing. Sporting facilities include tennis courts, bowling green and a highly recommended and challenging golf course. An ideal location for exploring Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders.
