The room can be either Double or Twin and room for a spare single bed if necessary.
A spacious room leads to the bathroom.
Sky TV/Radio and a DVD player are available.
A welcome tray with Tea, Coffee, Hot chocolate and homebaking is replaced daily.
Breakfast is served with a view, and includes fruit juice, cereals, porridge, a full cooked breakfast, toast/oatcakes, tea/coffee.
If you are after peace and quiet, take yourself onto the balcony, directly accessed from your room and sit and watch the world go by.
From the balcony you can watch the ferry to the Island of Islay, famous for whisky, sail by several times a day.
For something more adventurous head down to the Beach Hut.
