Cruachan is situated in the heart of the village of Arrochar, with superb views of Loch Long and The Arrochar Alps and within easy walking distance to the village pub, restaurants and shops. Arrochar is an ideal base from which to tour Scotland.

The accommodation is a custom built upstairs extension to the original bungalow. It comprises a double bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with large whirlpool bath and separate shower and a lounge. The bedroom and lounge enjoy unrivalled views of Loch Long and the Arrochar Alps.

The lounge has pine and leather furniture with a breakfast table, TV, Hi-FI with surround sound and DVD player. There is also tea/coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. There is private parking space on the drive for several cars. Motorcycles or bicycles can be kept in the garage. Free wireless internet access available also.

Arrochar is in the heart of Scotland's only National Park, within easy reach of Glasgow or Edinburgh or the Highlands; an ideal base for touring Scotland. See the many local walks and climbs or enjoy local pastimes like scuba diving in Loch Long and surrounding area, walking or hire a boat from the village. Or, simply relax in the breathtaking surroundings.

Many local walks are within easy reach; the Cobbler (Ben Arthur), The Arrochar Alps and Ben Lomond. Loch Long is also accessible by boat. Fishing boats can be hired locally. Bed and Breakfast is provided.

Arrochar is on the A814 / A83. Cruachan is in front of the Claymore Hotel.
