A modern luxury three roomed apartment recently decorated throughout to a high standard with full central heating and double glazing. The apartment is ideal for a young family come rain or shine with space outside to play and relax.
The Willows was specifically designed to cater for residents with mobility difficulties or residence that needed assisted wheelchair access. There is also significant flexibility in the positioning or removal of items of furniture to meet the needs of the residents. This can be agreed at the time of booking.
The garden to the rear has raised 6 x 4m (20x13ft) pond with assorted koi carp, a patio and a lawned area which is also home to Chico and Alfie, our short legged lab and jack russel with Rambo the cat who thinks he's a dog. Pets are allowed by arrangement only. The spacious garden is enclosed and set on one level with ramped access to the apartment through doorways designed to accommodate wheelchair access.
With its own entrance the accommodation comprises of a lounge with kitchen area, en-suite bathroom and a large double/family bedroom. For your safety and the comfort of others smoking is not permitted indoors.
The lounge has a radio/CD player, selected satellite TV channels, video and DVD facilities all available free of charge, the kitchenette consists of a full size fridge, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.
The bedroom has considerable storage a double and two single beds and a travel cot is available if needed, a hair-dryer, iron, ironing board linen and towels are also provided.
At 2.5 x 2m (6ftx8ft) this large modern en-suite bathroom is delicately laid out for a quick shower or a long hot soak in the bath.
The Willows offers you a friendly atmosphere where you can relax in the apartment or the private enclosed garden. The breakfast pack of assorted cereals, jams, bread, cheese, ham, tea, coffee and chocolate self catering and entertainment facilities enable you to get your own timetable, all within a few minutes walk from Gretna registry office.
