Eckford Hall Steading - Getting There
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Kelso Take the A698 Jedburgh road for approximately 5 miles. Follow the signs for Jedburgh, You will pass the Teviot Smokery on your right hand side. Carry on driving for 1 mile and you will come to sharp right hand bend, turn left here and carry on up the road for 300 yards. Take the first turning on your left, there is a sign with Eckford Hall Steading under the hedge at this point, and drive down a farm road for approx 100 yards. The house is directly in front of you with car parking to the right .(If you drive into the village of Eckford you have gone too far!)

From Jedburgh Follow the A698 Jedburgh to Kelso road. Head towards the village of Crailing. Pass through and drive for another 1 and a half miles and you will see a sign for Eckford. Turn right here and carry on up the road for 300 yards. Take the first turning on your left, there is a sign with Eckford Hall Steading under the hedge at this point, and drive down a farm road for approx 100 yards. The house is directly in front of you with car parking to the right .(If you drive into the village of Eckford you have gone too far!)

The nearest station is Berwick upon Tweed - 45 minutes away.
