The Royal Hotel - Elgin

The Royal Hotel is a Grade B listed building which dates back to the middle of the last century and was built by the founder of Glen Grant distillery as a private residence.
This impressive building features many magnificent architectural features including a neo Louis XV Stairway and original cornicing.
All rooms are decorated to a high standard and are fully equipped with ironing facilities. There are 10 bedrooms in the original building and an additional 8 rooms in the adjoining annex.
Evening meals are available in the lounge bar from 5pm. Golf can be arranged locally at reduced rates and with a huge selection of excellent courses to suit all abilities a great day can be assured. Fishing is also available throughout the area with the world famous River Spey where over 8000 fish are taken each year.
