Summer Cottage is a newly refurbished and extended cottage adjacent to Point House Cottage and situated in 7 acres of secluded private lawns and woodlands at Kings Cross Point.
Access is by private road and there is ample parking and safe play areas for children. Paths through the grounds lead to the seashore where there are two sheltered bays, ideal for children.
The cottage faces South and has been constructed with exposed beams to give a light and airy feeling.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has bunk beds and is adjacent to a shower room and toilet.
The lounge/dining area is open plan with an integral conservatory which leads out onto a secluded patio area with garden furniture.
The fitted kitchen incorporates an automatic washing machine/dryer,dishwasher,fridge freezer, electric cooker and microwave.
Heating is electric.
We do not accept pets in this cottage.
