Ardtun House & Cottages
Ardtun House is beautifully situated, twenty yards from the sea and about ten minutes walk from Bunessan Village. The house was built in the mid 1800's,extensive work has been carried out leaving a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The house is divided in two we live in one half and the other is either used for self/catering or bed and breakfast although not at the same time. The two parts are completely self contained and share no entrances. The top floor has 2 double bedrooms en-suite one has a bed settee 1 twin room and 1 bunk room and a bathroom 3 of the rooms have televisions. On the ground floor a sitting/dining room and small kitchen cooking is by electric. Facilities include washing machine, freezer, dish washer and microwave.
prices range from £500-£800 per week but can be booked for single nights for £150 per night.

The Stables
A converted stable block is situated 50 meters to the rear of Ardtun House built in the early 1900's is a charming comfortable cottage . The top floor has a double and a twin bedroom with a bathroom between the rooms. The ground floor has a sitting room with a kitchen/dinette. Cooking is by gas and electric facilities include fridge/freezer, washing machine,dish washer and microwave.
prices range from £250 - £350 per week
No single nights but 3 nightly breaks in the low season are available for £150.
The Bothy
This small cottage is very old most probably built in the early 1800's mostly dry stone wall at one time. A quaint little cottage consists of a sitting room/ kitchen and a double room en-suite(shower only). Facilities include dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and cooking is by electric.
Prices range from £150 - £250 this cottage is available for nightly bookings low season £30 high £40.
The village of Bunessan is a 10 minute walk and the ferry terminal for Iona, Staffa, Lunga and the fishing/ whale watching tours is just a 5 mile drive.
The area is abundant with wildlife eagles, otters,seals,red deer . Ideal spot for bird watchers, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts.
Bunessan has a shop, craft shop, post office, 2 churches and an Hotel.
As we live here we can attend to any problems at once, and try to make everyone's holiday one to remember.
Some dates available for November and December last minute deals haven't had a holiday this year take up this offer!
