The property is also extremely well located for a variety of activities as there is golfing nearby at the impressive 18-hole Moffat Golf Club as well as fishing, tennis, bowling and a number of cycling routes, from quiet scenic paths through the Annan water valley to off-road adventures in the magnificent Forest of Ae.
