Vane Cottage faces south onto the gardens of the eighteenth century Stable Court.
It is a new building in traditional style, thus marrying modern convenience and comfort with the elegance and atmosphere of the Georgian period.
Guests have free access to the beautiful grounds of Kilmichael Country House Hotel and are welcome to dine in its award-winning restaurant.
The cottage, which sleeps four adults, has two en-suite bedrooms.
The bathrooms are beautifully fitted out with both bath and powerful shower - one having the extra luxury of a jacuzzi.
The master bedroom also has a magnificant mahogany four-poster.
The other - equally beautiful - has twin beds.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with ceramic hob, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all the other appliances you would expect in a deluxe home-from-home and perhaps even some you wouldn't!
There is a connecting utility room with complete laundry and drying facilities.
The open plan sitting/dining room provides the comfort you crave after an exhilirating day exploring Arran's treasures and is perfect for romantic
evenings in good company, using the lovely china, crystal and linen supplied.
Of course, no one watches TV when there's so much beautiful scenery outside, but should you wish to catch up with the soaps when nobody's looking, there is digital tv, as well as a good selection of videos, cds, board games and books.
The cottage has its own small terrace garden, complete with barbecue.
To welcome you to the Kilmichael Estate you will find fresh flowers and fruit, together with Arran Aromatics toiletries and a complimentary selection of essential groceries.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
