Mabel & Kathleen Cottages
Kathleen Cottage which sleeps 5 people with a double, twin and a single bedroom and Mabel Cottage which sleeps 2 people in a twin room but also has a double sofa bed, are comfortable traditional stone built cottages that have been modernised with superb views of the sea in a very peaceful setting. There is a wonderful sandy beach 400m round the corner from the cottages.
The Cottages are situated on Lochbuie Estate, which is a working farm wirh sheep and highland cows
Both cottages look down Lochbuie Bay which lies between hills frequented by both red deer and wild goats. There is an abundance of birdlife of every sort including sea eagles, eagles, ravens, numerous sea birds, shore birds etc. An excellent base for walking and exploring the Island of Mull. Fishing also available. Pets are welcome.
