Two of our guest rooms are on the first floor of the private part of the house, off the magnificent staircase and landing. A comfortable lounge with tv is available for guests' use on the ground floor.
Our Clock Tower is located above the Gardeners Wing.
The Yellow Room
The Yellow Room, with en-suite bathroom, has a delightful four poster bed and elegant furniture and a splendid view over the parkland with grazing horses and Jacob sheep, a carpet of daffodils in the Spring and also the wonderful blossom on the geans.
The Blue Room
Tucked away in a corner of the first floor, the Blue Room with its lovely Four poster bed, magnificent furnishings and private bathroom with bath and walk-in shower (bathrobes provided) looks over the lawn and woodland at the back of the house and enjoys the morning sun.
The Clock Tower
The Clock Tower, located above our Garden and Orchard Apartment, has a lovely Victorian tester bed and a large luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.
Main Stairs
This magnificent portrait-lined staircase leads to the bed and breakfast accommodation on the first floor from the main entrance hall with its portraits, fine furniture, unusual fireplace and memorabilia.
Middle Landing
The main public rooms of the house are off the landing, the Dining Room along to the right alongside the Yellow Room, the Billiard Room to the right with the Drawing Room in the middle running the whole length of the landing. The Blue Room is to the left beyond the Billiard Room.
Delicious Breakfast
We serve a delicious cooked breakfast with a choice of fresh, local produce and homemade preserves in the luxurious main dining room on the first floor. During the winter breakfast will be served in the cosier family dining room on the ground floor.
The Dining Room
The dining room is a light, airy room with a large bay window overlooking the garden, and three windows down the side of the room overlooking the parkland.
Sitting Room
Relax in the sitting room, still inappropriately known as the Smoking Room, on the ground floor. The large bay window at one end overlooks Lady Erskine's private garden and the three windows to the side overlook the fountain and flower beds around the entrance area known as the Front Court.
Victorian Walled Garden
Guests have the freedom to enjoy our two and a half acre Victorian Walled Garden, an inspiration to artists and gardeners and a perfect spot to relax with a book! Outwith the Walled Garden our National Collection of Snowdrops attracts enthusiasts from throughout the world in Febrary/early March.

The garden has something new to see with each season with its inspiring plantings of rare and interesting herbaceous perennials, lilac and rose collections, ornamental vegetable potager, magnificent late season borders, a growing collecton of colchicums and of course our 70 acres of snowdrops in February/early March.
Woodland Walks to the Sea
Woodland walks follow the Cambo burn down to the sea, creating an ideal stroll pre-breakfast or early evening. For the more energetic, the woodland walks join the Fife Coastal Path, creating a circular tour of the estate, with a possible break in the village for refreshment at the pub!
Woodland Walks to the Sea
During February/early March the 70 acres of woodland that follow the burn to the sea are carpeted in snowdrops, snowflakes and aconites forming part of Cambo's Snowdrop Spectacular which includes an Art Exhibition, Snowdrop Tearoom, Snowdrop Study Day, Workshops and bulb and seasonal plant sales.
Cambo Beach
Having followed the burn to the sea, follow the Coastal Path to the left for 50-100 yards and you come to the glorious stretch of Kingsbarns Beach. Further along is the old Kingsbarns harbour.
Kingsbarns Golf Links
Built on Cambo land, the renowned Kingsbarns Golf Links straddles the Cambo burn and runs alongside the coastal path providing 18 holes of superb golf. Historically a nine hole links course existed on the land between Cambo and Kingsbarns from 1793 until the advent of the Second World War.
