The Crescent - Getting There
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Tourist Information Centre turn right and follow road to the roundabout go through the roundabout pass two sets of traffic lights. The Crescent is situated after the second set of traffic lights then turn second left.
Getting There by Car
skipEnter Ayr on the A70 which is Ayr south. Carry on this road until to come to a double roundabout. Take the town centre. Once on the town centre road take left at the traffic light. Then 1st right into Bellevue Street then left into Bellevue Crescent. We are no 26.
Getting There by Railway
From Ayr exit station into Burns Statue Square, cross the road and pass the Odeon Cinema keeping it on your left hand side, continue through the Square and turn left at the Main Road, follow this road for approximately 200 yards and turn first right into Bellevue Street. At the end of Bellevue Street turn left into Bellevue Crescent.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Glasgow exit airport onto M8 into Glasgow. Take sign to M77 Kilmarnock . On arrival in Ayr take the Ayr South Road into town A70. follow the BY Car instructions
From Glasgow/Prestwick Airport:
Go to Airport Exit
At roundabout take 1st exit (A79 Prestwick/Ayr)
At next roundabout (SHAWFARM ROUNDABOUT) take 3rd exit (A79 Prestwick/Ayr)
Continue on this road for 2.5 miles
At roundabout take 2nd exit (ring road west)
At traffic lights turn left onto ring road
Continue on this road for 0.5 miles
At roundabout take 2nd exit (seafront)
Go straight through the next TWO sets of traffic lights. After this Bellevue Crescent is the second street on the left (opposite the Savoy Park Hotel). We are number 26 - half way along the street on the left hand side.
Getting There by Ferry
From Stranraer follow the A77 North to Ayr, enter Ayr on the A79, follow this road to the end, turn right into Carrick Road then take third left into Bellevue Street. At the end of Bellevue Street turn left into Bellevue Crescent.
