Elaine and Derek Russell are your Scottish hosts at Kinburn Guest House. They offer luxury bed and breakfast accommodation to a maximum of ten guests in a prime conservation area of St Andrews. Situated two minutes walk from shops and restaurants and five from the Old Course. Kinburn is ideally placed for golfing visitors and those linked to the University of St Andrews.
Kinburn Guest House is located within a prime conservation area only five minutes walk from the town centre, golf courses, tennis, university, beach and bus station. The property has recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard that complements the solid oak staircase, panelling, floors and furnishings.
The bedrooms have either ensuite or private bath/shower rooms and all benefit from having a flat screen LCD TV/DVD, mini fridge, tea and coffee.
We have provided our guests with their own computer room where they can enjoy free email and internet access.
For our golfing guests we provide equipment drying and storage facilities.
Breakfasts are freshly cooked using, where possible, local fresh produce.
Care has been taken where possible to purchase environmentally friendly products.
