Pond View is a modern house, set in large mature beautifully maintained gardens, ideally situated in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire. Three miles from Aden Country Park, many golf courses and fishing facilities close by. Situated on the national cycle number one route - something for all age groups. Approximately 15 miles from the coastal towns of Fraserburgh and Peterhead and 35miles from oil capital of Europe, Aberdeen. The North East of Scotland is steeped in history and Pondview is well suited to allow you to experience this first hand

Features are the warm and friendly welcome and the large garden which guests are very welcome to walk around. A Residents Lounge is accessible for you to relax after an exhausting day. There are TV and tea and coffee-making facilities in the bedrooms.

Visitor attractions are castles, distilleries and all the beautiful walks and scenery we have around our area. Close by also are Troup Head and the Loch of Strathbeg which is very interesting for the wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers, also the village of Pennan where the film The Local Hero was filmed. There are many golf courses fishing lakes and horse riding nearby as well was the beautiful Aden Country Park for a peaceful stroll.

In our dining room, enjoy wholesome Scottish breakfasts and evening meals by arrangement.
