The Highland Cattle. From our windows or the patio you can watch the highland cattle grazing in the field in front of the house.
Highlanders are a traditional pedigreed breed from Scotland but can now be found in most parts of the country. With their long hairy coats and horns can look quite fearsome but generally are very docile.

The room is decorated to a high standard with matching curtains and bedding and many thoughtfull extra's and tea-making facilities
Double room with private bathroom also you have your own private patio below the window where you can enjoy watching the wildlife and the rabbits scurry along the front field also where our highland cows graze peacefully
You have the use of the main bathroom with bath and shower private to your room and lovely fresh towels
The Dining Room after a relaxing night's sleep come through to the dining room for a freshly cooked true Scottish Breakfast.

Sausage,bacon, tomato,potato scone and eggs
Kippers/ smoked salmon with scrambled eggs.

Oban "the Gateway to the Isles"
Daily trips to the Isle of Mull, Staffa and Iona. The ferry leaves Oban on a daily basis and just a 45 minute crossing to the Isle of Mull. organised trips are avaliable.
Atlantic Bridge - the only bridge to cross the Atlantic
15 miles south of Oban is the Clachan Bridge, popularly known as 'The Bridge Over The Atlantic' which links the island of Seil to the mainland of Argyll
Glenfinnan - a breathtaking experiance
An hours drive away and take the steam train from Fort William - Mallaig and cross the Glefinnan bridge (used in the Harry Potter films)
McCaig's Tower Oban. Take a stroll up the hill and into the tower and enjoy uninterrupted views of Oban and beyond.
The tower was funded by John McCaig a local banker to bring work to the town unfortunately it was never completed as he died, however it is home to the town gardens and dominated the Oban skyline
Sunset over Oban Bay - after a days sightseeing enjoy a relaxing walk along the esplanade and watch the sun set over the bay.
Stalker Castle - just a few miles up the road. Seasonal day trips avaliable at selected times throughout the season.
