Dee cottage stands on the bank of the River Dee overlooking Thomas Telford's bridge (1805) 1.5 miles from the centre of the historic town of Kirkcudbright.
The house dates from 1843 and has been sympathetically renovated and decorated to a very high standard.
The centrally heated rooms are light and spacious with views over the large garden, river,estuary and open countryside.
The double has a new ensuite with power shower
The twin has private facilities with a bath and separate power shower.
Breakfast is presented in the conservatory overlooking the garden,river and Telford bridge.
We have ample parking and secure storage for bicycles and motor cycles.
Breakfast is served in our sunny conservatory.
This overlooks the garden, river and Telford Bridge. You can eat your breakfast whilst watching the many bird feeders.
