Sands Of Luce Holiday Park
Our location is close to some of the widest beaches in the south west of Scotland set amidst beautiful countryside. The site is situated a quarter of a mile north of Sandhead Village and 250 yards from the main road and extends on to a sandy beach which is completely safe for children and ideal for swimming. It is a pleasant walk along the beach path into the local village of Sandhead.
Luce Bay provides opportunities for countless sea side activities and watersports. Boats can be launched directly from the site. Angling is good in the bay and species include, Pollack, Tope, Mackeral, Dogfish and even Cod. Seals are regular visitors in the bay and we have had small pods of Dolphins resting in the bay over recent years.
On site facilities include a children's play area, public telephone and indoor games room. Perhaps relax with a drink in our welcoming lounge bar or maybe shoot a few frames of pool on one of our tables. Golf, bowling, tennis, pony trekking and a new leisure centre are all within a 10 miles radius of the park.
