Buccleuch Arms Hotel

Charming privately owned country hotel with just 19 en suite bedrooms in the village of St Boswells near Melrose. The Buccleuch Arms Hotel has been through extensive refurbishment over recent years and in 2007 all guest bedrooms have been completely refurbished and upgraded. The Hotel was voted Runner-Up for Scottish Inn of the Year 2007 in the Industry awards and was also awarded a prize by the local area tourist board for use of local produce. Most recently the Buccleuch WON the Scottish Inn of the Year 2008 Title at the Hotel of the Year awards.

The hotel boasts a lively bar serving meals all day as well as teas, coffees and freshly baked scones. Food plays a very important part of the business whether it's breakfast, morning coffee with home made scones, a relaxing bar meal in the Huntsman's lounge, a more formal restaurant meal in the Blue Room or even a function or meeting.

Menu changes according to season, specials change twice daily. Menu reflects many local producers from around the Scottish Borders, from local farmed beef, lamb and pork, cheeses, salmon and organic free range eggs.
