The Ferry Inn
The Ferry Inn at Uig on the Isle of Skye is located centrally on the southwest-facing amphitheatre of Uig Bay with magnificent views over the bay towards the Waternish peninsula.
The inn has six ensuite bedrooms with amenities, two bars, a comfortable lounge, and serves delicious home-cooked food from an a la carte menu in the restaurant. Public internet access via broadband is available.
The inn has a full hotel licence and serves guest real ales on tap during the season. Tea and specialty coffees are also available. Television, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer together with complimentary toiletries are provided in the accommodation.
The ferry terminal to the Outer Isles, is one mile away, with daily sailings to Lochmaddy on North Uist and Tarbet on Harris. The inn is ideally situated for a B&B overnight stop.
Uig is also an ideal location from which to explore the top end of Skye with it’s spectacular scenery, wildlife, walks, castles and art studios.
