An evening at Andrew Fairlie's Michelin-starred restaurant is the ultimate dining experience. The French cuisine has a delightful Scottish twist - close your eyes and savour Andrew's famous whisky barrel smoked lobster.
The Strathearn is a grand restaurant with classic dishes and attentive service - tuck into a tender Angus beef fillet or smoked salmon carved at your table.
