Traditional stone cottage in popular holiday town of Portsoy, 100 yards from 17th century harbour.
The cottage is completely self-contained with a large secluded garden with drying area and patio. This is ideal for families with children and pets, which are also welcome.
The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms each with a T.V, comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe and drawer space.
The large living room area has a three-piece suite with reclining chairs, T.V, dvd/video player and CD/radio player.
The dining area is situated between the living room and a luxurious modern fitted kitchen, which contains a halogen cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine along with all other kitchen utensils/crockery.
The family bathroom consists of a three-piece suite with wash hand basin, W.C and corner bath with Jacuzzi.
The cottage is fully double-glazed and has gas central heating throughout; this also supplies the hot water. Electricity and gas are fully included in the price along with all towels and linen. Ironing board and iron are also included.

Portsoy lies on the Moray Firth Coast approximately midway between Aberdeen (53 miles) and Inverness (63 miles).
Of all the harbours along the Aberdeenshire and Moray Coast, Portsoy was one of the earliest built in 1693 and as a result is one of the most fascinating.
The harbour hosts The Scottish Traditional Boat Festival every summer and sees the biggest gathering of traditional boats in Scotland.
