This is a charming cottage, which comfortably accommodates 4 people. Set in it's own enclosed garden, in a rural setting overlooking the River Lossie, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunny days.
The Moray Firth is renowned for it's dry, sunny climate and it's glorious sandy beaches are a half hour drive away. It is ideal for family or sporting holidays.
Golf courses abound and it is great for walking, cycling, fishing or following the Whisky Trail and exploring Castle country.
It was completely modernised in 2006 and has an open plan kitchen and dining room with a picture window overlooking the river. The comfortable sitting room has an open fire for which logs are provided.
The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is a large bathroom with a shower over the bath. Storage for coats and boots etc is in the hall and porch.
Rent includes electricity, bed linen and towels and logs for the open fire.
The kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. In the sitting room there is a colour television with freeview, a video player and a CD/radio. Outside there is garden furniture and a barbeque and a rotary clothes dryer.
Parking for 2 cars within the garden. Dogs welcome by arrangement.
