Property is approximately thirty minutes from Edinburgh,Stirling,Perth and Kirkcaldy being only two miles from the M90.Attractions within a 10 mile radius are Knockhill Racing Circuit, Townhill Waterskiing Centre,Lathalmond Bus Museum,Deep Sea World ,Quad bike and hovercraft centre, Westerdeanhead Equestrian Centre, Saline, Canmore ,Pitfirrane and Aberdour Golf Courses.For the angler there are a number of fly and coarse fisheries locally; Lochs Fitty,Leven,Glow,Craiglucar and Roscobie.
