A picturesque and secluded farm steading set amongst 200 acres of breathtaking countryside ranging from the farms long and sandy beach up to the gorge with its burn and waterfalls. The house enjoys spectacular views over farmland, and the dramatic Atlantic coastline to the Hebridean islands beyond and is comfortably furnished to a high standard.

Found at the end of its own mile long track the house includes:-
Large fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences centred around the traditional farmhouse table.
Sitting room with multi fuel wood burning stove, tv/video and films, games cupboard and an extensive range of local maps and guide books.
Spacious bathroom with bath and shower.
Generous double bedroom with exceptional views to the sea and multi fuel wood burning stove.
Two comfortable twin rooms, one facing the sea and the other the hills.
The house also has a sheltered garden.

Linen and towels are provided. Domestic help and child minding are both available by arrangement.

Farm maps provided can help you discover the waterfalls, ancient landmarks, a dun, the gorge (a designated SSSI) and the deserted croft settlements all of which are found on the farm. The farm is is in a Rural Stewardship Scheme, this is reflected in the diverse range range of habitats, wildlife, birds and flora that surround the house.

At the end of the drive the small village of Bellochantuy stretches along the silver sanded beach. The village has two hotels both with good restaurants and bars. One also has a pool table and the other an unrivalled whisky menu.

The nearest town, Campbeltown, offers a variety of restaurants and pubs, a cinema, distillery, owl centre, museum, and boat trips amongst many attractions. Other activities in the area include sailing, pony trekking, wildlife watching, cycling, fishing, surfing, golf and walking.
