The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Graeme Pallister whose signature restaurant 63 Tay Street remains open for Lunch and Dinner, Tuesday to Saturday. The restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation for its fine food and relaxed yet efficient service. With a large emphasis on Scottish and regional cuisine, we source only the best ingredients from local suppliers.
No. 1 The Bank Bistro overlooks our glorious garden and takes pride in serving the best variety of local produce from Perthshire. With capacity for 30 diners, the popular marble table tops and modern art decor means the bistro is intimate and atmospheric, for lunch or dinner.
No. 1 The Bank Bistro not only offers our À la Carte and Grill menu throughout the evening, but also a fantastic separate lunch menu. Pre dinner drinks can be taken in the bar whilst you are making your selection and during the summer season you may choose to dine alfresco on our summer terrace.
