Getting there from the Information Centre

From Bowmore Tourist Information Centre head north on A846 to Bridgend. Turn left onto A847 and drive 8 miles around Loch Indaal to Port Charlotte.

Getting There by Railway

There are no trains on Islay.

Getting there by Aeroplane

There are scheduled services to Islay from Glasgow Airport. Car hire is available at Islay airport and the hotel is approximatley 25 minutes drive around the top of Loch Indaal.

Getting There by Ferry

There are 2 ferry terminals on Islay - both served by the same Caledonian Macbrayne vessel. There are 3 sailings a day during the summer season. On summer Wednesdays the ferry runs to Oban via Colonsay.
