The hotel is a delightful former sporting lodge. Built in the late 1800s and owned by the Duke of Sutherland, the hotel boasts 19 unique spacious bedrooms and many original features such as wood panelling, open fires, traditional antique furnishings, genuine exhibits and authentic paintings.
The traditional dining room offers fine locally sourced produce including superb Caithness and Sutherland reared Beef and Lamb, stunning Salmon, Venison and Game from the neighbouring estates, Loch Eriboll Prawns, Hand dived Scallops & Kyle of Tongue Oysters. There is always so much to discover and taste here in the Highlands! Our menu's are complemented by an extensive wine and malt whisky list too!
