The Sands Hotel is an upgraded building situated along the shore of Scapa Flow in the Burray Village, the hotel has six double rooms and two newly refurbished, modern and tastefully decorated suites.
All rooms are en-suite overlooking the beach and pier where local fishermen work from.
The busy restaurant and bar is open daily serving lunches, bar meals and a la carte using local produce wherever possible.
We are a 12 miles from he main town of Kirkwall across the scenic Churchill barriers and past the well know Italian Chapel. A very popular destination for those wishing to explore the sights of Orkney.
