Our food echoes the abundant supplies of local produce. Integrating classic Scottish flvaours and dishes in a moden style we source locally and wherever possible organic and free-range. Our daily changing menu follows the seasons and offers our many longer stay guests an unparalleled selection of fine Scottish cuisine. Dining in summer is in our spacious conservatory, looking out to the walled garden, where we source a lot of our vegetables and herbs. To accompany our food we offer a wide range of wines from our standard list and some enticing selectiions from our special list of classic old world and new world wines to suit every occasion. In winter dining gets more intimate in our cosy library offering a soothing environment to enjoy what we hoe will be a memorable meal.
