Kinnaird is a Relais and Châteaux hotel set within a private 7,000 acre sporting estate in the beautiful landscape of Perthshire, Scotland. Kinnaird has welcomed distinguished guests to family house parties since the 1920s. Mrs Constance Cluett Ward and her daughters continue that tradition.
Just over an hour from the attractions of the cosmopolitan cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow, Kinnaird ensures complete privacy for individuals and private or corporate parties with nine bedrooms in the main house, 2 Courtyard Cottages and additional accommodation in the 4 Estate Cottages. It is also available for exclusive use.
A stay at Kinnaird allows each guest to experience the authenticity of a traditional Scottish estate and family home. This small intimate house offers a wide range of walking and sporting activities, including clay pigeon shooting, wild brown trout fishing at one of the scenic hill lochs, salmon fishing on its own 5 miles of the River Tay, as well as, Land Rover safaris and white water rapids nearby. Beauty treatments and massage are available in The Retreat.

Kinnaird also boasts fine dining with 3 AA Rosettes and a well stocked wine cellar under the supervision of the General Manager, James Payne and former Sommelier of the year.
