Getting there from the Information Centre
From Selkirk Tourist Information Centre, turn left out of car park, drive down hill through Selkirk, cross Ettrick Water on bridge with rugby ground on left, take next left - A708 direction Moffat. Drive 4 miles, cross River at sign Yarrow Water and turn immediately right. House is 250 yards up private road (sign posted)
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport, take city by-pass A720 East, leave by pass at exit A7 Galashiels,follow A7 through Galashiels (30 miles) then Selkirk (5 miles). Entering Selkirk turn right off A7 follow signs for A708 Moffat. Past Selkirk Mills (1 mile) turn right, cross Ettrick Water, past rugby ground on left,take next left on A708 direction Moffat. Drive 4 miles, cross River at sign Yarrow water and turn immediately right. House is 250 yards up private road (sign posted).
Getting There by Ferry
Follow signs South Edinburgh then City Bypass A720 East. Leave Bypass at exit A7 Galashiels (30 miles), follow A7 through Galashiels (30 miles) to Selkirk (5miles). Entering Selkirk proceed up hill to town square, leave A7 turning right & follow directions for Peebles/Moffat. Cross Ettrick Water on bridge past Rugby Ground on left and take next left onto A708 direction Moffat. Drive 4 miles, cross river at sign Yarrow Water and turn immediately right. House is 250 yards up private road (sign posted).
