The cottage is double glazed with full gas central heating. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with a bathroom on the upper floor.
The ground floor provides a comfortably furnished lounge and well equipped kitchen/diner.
The garden is sheltered and secluded with a screened lawn. The patio area outside the lounge is equipped with garden furniture and the private drive has parking space for two or more cars.
