Located in the peaceful village of Ruthwell, the cottage is ideally placed for golf, fishing and cycling, with many walks in and around the area. There is a good local bus service nearby as well as a small village pub. The Solway Coast is a short distance away with a variety of rare bird life while romantic Gretna is only 30 minutes away and boasts a wealth of attractions including the World Famous Old Blacksmiths Shop Centre.
