Prospect House is situated within its own grounds with private parking, on the sea front and commanding magnificent views across the bay. The complex stands one mile between Rothesay, the capital town, and Port Bannatyne, formerly a fishing village and today a haven for the yachting fraternity. Conveniently placed a few hundred yards from the house is a post office and general store, also Ardbeg Bowling Green. Within the grounds in its own garden is a small, modernised cottage with conservatory.
Apartment per full week is inclusive of central heating, hot water, bed linen and initial towels. £1 coin-operated meter for electricity. Communal laundry with automatic washer, dryer, also drying green. N.B. water by electric immerser in Garden Cottage. Dogs by prior arrangement only.
