Beinn An Fhraoich - Getting There
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Portree take A850 to Dunvegan. Drive south out of Dunvegan, and take the B884 Glendale Road (right) to Skinidin. Collect the key at number 9 Skinidin. (Pre-arranged beforehand). Continue along the Glendale Road for another 600 metres. At a passing place on the left hand side the track to Beinn An Fhraoich is sigposted. Lift the door handle very firmly upwards when unlocking.
Getting There by Railway
From the Skye Bridge go to Sligachan, then to Dunvegan. Just before Dunvegan turn left along the B884 towards Glendale. After 5 kilometres you will be in Skinidin. If you anticipate arriving after normal take-up time (1600) ring her (01470 521490) and advise etc. Follow the B884 towards Glendale for another 600 metres. At a passing place on the left hand side, the track to Beinn An Fhraoich is signposted.
