Cala Seimh
Cala Seimh (pronounced shave) is a 3-storey terraced house in a prime location overlooking Loch indaal.
Recently refurbished to a high standard, with double glazing throughout, with 6 rooms and 2 bathrooms it can easily accommodate 7 to 8 persons.
Ground floor: Tiled hall way leading to utility area with washing machine and freezer. Back door leads out to drying green. Two downstairs bed rooms; 1 small room with sofa and single bunk bed (adult size) sleeps 1 or 2; large room with grand piano, single bed and extra divan in recess, vanity unit and tea-making facilities.
First floor: spacious living room with open fire, computer desk and colour TV. Kitchen-diner: large fitted, well-equipped with fridge, electric cooker and microwave. Archway through to dining area facing sea front. Bathroom off landing with bath, toilet and sink.
Second 'attic' floor: Two spacious bedrooms, one with double bed the other, 2 single beds. Velux roof windows.
Bed linen and towels supplied, storage heating in main rooms, panel heaters in smaller rooms.
