Put your hiking boots on and head up the Galloway Hills or enjoy the exhilarating mountain bike trails in the area. If your perfect holiday is to completely relax with great food and company, then look no further than Port William’s harbour where you can buy fresh lobster and crab straight from the boat, while Food Town Castle Douglas is a short drive away, where you can visit a family-run brewery and take your pick from the fantastic pubs, cafés and restaurants.
