Glenprosen Cottages - Getting There
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Kirriemuir tourist information centre, follow signs to the glens. 3 miles out, at Dykehead, fork left (signposted Glen Prosen and Glen Clovar). After 7 miles the public road ends and changes toa private road leading to Balnaboth.
Getting There by Railway
From Dundee railway station, take the A90 out of Dundee to Forfar. Take the 4th turn off into Forfar and then 1st right signposted Glen Prosen and Glen Clovar. Follow signs to Dykehead where you fork left signposted Prosen. Public road ends after 7 miles in Prosen village and the private road starts to Balnaboth.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh airport, head for Forth Road Bridge (A8, M8, A8000, A90). Take the M90 to Perth, A90 to Dundee and on to Forfar. Take 4th turn off into Forfar then 1st right signposted Glen Prosen and Glen Clovar. Follow signs to Dykehead where you fork left (signposted Prosen) Public road ends after 7 miles in Prosen village and the private road starts to Balnaboth.
