The seven acre property enjoys loch frontage on the south shore of Loch Rannoch offering magnificent views. The house and cottages are built from local stone dating back to the 1760's.

The beautiful gardens extend to the waters edge, where there is a jetty and a small stone beach. Windsurfers and canoeists can literally walk down to the jetty from the cottages to enjoy their activities.

The cottages are attached to the main house. Each cottage has its own separate entrance and is completely self-contained. They have a 2 star rating from the scottish tourist board.

Linen and towels not provided.

Aberfeldy and Pitlochry are the nearest towns. Pitlochry, famed for its summer festival theatre, provides extensive shopping including local crafts and places of historical interest. The famous Blair Castle boasts of the only private army in the land as well as holding public pageants and highland games in the summer.
Enthusiasts of rambling, hiking and climbing are spolit for choice in Loch Rannoch. Craig Varr and Schiehallion are two of the most popular local climbs. Schiehallion is world famous, it is the mountain from which the mass of the earth was first measured. It's characteristic shape dominates the scenery and is known as the centre point of Scotland, where the views are spectacular. There are several climbs available for gentle walkers to "experienced climbers".
Nestled in the highlands, the property offers magnificent views for keen photographers. Birdwatchers will also enjoy the variety and abundance of species.
Of course it wouldn't be Scotland without golf, virtually every town has it's own course. They vary in difficulty but all share in the beauty of their surroundings. World famous courses, the likes of St Andrews, Carnoustie and Gleneagles are within 2 hours drive.
Fishing enthusiasts may fish from the shorleine, a boat or canoe, as the property has its own permit.
